Sarah Swanger is a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and mental performance coach. She is a competitive runner and grew up immersed in competitive sports including track and field, cross country, tennis, volleyball, basketball and has background coaching athletic teams and individuals. She also has rigorous musical and theatrical performance training. Her experience and as an athlete and a performer prepared her to help people navigate the highs and lows of competition, and overcome the tough mental road blocks that arise in sports, on stage and in high-pressure environments. Sarah has over a decade of experience as a social worker, therapist and intensive case manager handling difficult life situations and assessing and de-escalating crisis. Her experience performing at high levels, combined with her understanding of psychology and how the mind operates on conscious and subconscious levels coalesce to help her clients find the best mental perspectives to navigate high-stress situations and excel under pressure to achieve their biggest goals.
